- Mengelola pelaksanaan kegiatan sumber daya manusia yang mencakup pemenuhan, penertiban dan pengembangan tenaga kerja;
- Pengaturan ketenagakerjaan agar pelaksanaannya sesuai dengan kebijakan manajemen dan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku;
- Memastikan berjalannya proses payroll/penggajian untuk tenaga harian lepas dan karyawan;
- Mensupport pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan dan tamu perusahaan di bagian General Service.
- Minimal memiliki gelar sarjana di semua jurusan.
- Minimal memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun kerja sebagai People Partner.
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Jembrana, Bali.
